Oakdene Hollins has prepared two reports on the viability of reverse logistics for glass containers from the on-trade. The first has been published by the Resource Recovery Forum.
New systems are being introduced for
non-dray vehicles but it is the viability of
dray-based systems that is of most concern,
with viability depending on the
urban/rural mix.
In urban areas collection by specialist glass-only waste vehicles is more effective. |
