Working at Oakdene Hollins

Oakdene Hollins welcomes applications at any time. We have an open door to job applicants who fulfil the following criteria:

  • You must have at least a graduate qualification from a high-quality university.
  • You must be able to demonstrate excellent writing abilities.
  • You must be able to demonstrate an ability to analyse technical data and then draw coherent conclusions and recommendations.
  • You must have an interest in sustainable products and services, technology appraisal, economic development, market analysis or related areas.

We recruit excellent people: the subject focus of their post-graduate and first degree is less important than their proven flexibility and insightfulness. We encourage staff to develop areas of expertise and to build a reputation for original thinking.

We recognize that our location between London, Oxford and Milton Keynes offers advantages that some applicants will value more than others (see map on contact page).

Modest amounts of travel are required from time to time and inevitably project deadlines can require periods of intense working. We have a policy that requires the use of public transport for journeys of more than 200 miles. We do not offer company cars.

From time to time we advertise for staff who can fill specific requirements: see under 'Current Vacancies' for our latest recruitment needs.
