Nick Morley is the Director of Sustainable Innovations at Oakdene Hollins.
Nick Morley MA MPhil MBA
After reading chemistry at Cambridge and gaining a masters degree in polymer chemistry at Bradford, Nick worked at Courtaulds Coatings before moving to Burmah Castrol plc, becoming a divisional manager of Industrial Adhesives Ltd.
As a development director at Shanks plc with an MBA from Manchester he was responsible for investment in innovative chemical waste treatment and recycling technologies.
He has been a Director of Oakdene Hollins since 1994.
Stephen Slater MA
During his career spanning 30 years in engineering and manufacturing, Steve gained an MA in Engineering and Industrial Administration from the University of Cambridge. At Plessey and at ACCO Europe, he held various production management roles leading to Manufacturing Director at ACCO.
Steve has been a consultant and interim manager since 1997, joining Oakdene Hollins in 2001.
Fiona Kelday BSc(Hons) MSc AIEMA
Fiona recently completed an MSc in Design for Sustainability from Cranfield University, in which she addressed sustainable development through design, creativity and innovation. Her thesis was on ecodesign in the fashion and textiles sector, focusing on SMEs in Wales. She was also part of a group scoping the case for a Green Building Council in the UK (UK-GBC), for BRE Environment.
For her BSc (Hons) in Product Design Engineering, from BCUC, Fiona specialized in the environmental benchmarking of products, with a particular interest in the development of product service systems and the potential for companies to innovate in this area.
